Alhamdulillah, this is a very good guide for us to beat procrastination. But this guide will bring no meaning if we don't even struggle to follow it. It will be so tough, coz our uninvited and unpaid PA (syaitan) always be there with us. But remember Allah is closer to us then anybody else.
Chapter 50: Sūrah Qāf
"And We have already created man and know what his soul whispers to him, and We are closer to him than [his] jugular vein." Surah Qaf : 16
