I'm quite free in this week as I already passed all the report and assignment deadline. All tests are done as well. So those things I'd love to do during my holidays at home are blowing my mind. I start doing a lot of window shopping, not to worry its only window shopping. I start to look around my room what can I do to spend my free time.
I have one bookshelves beside my bed which is still not decorated. Then I saw a simple DIY to make a vase from a recycled mineral bottle and yarns. It is very simple to do but a bit tedious. So I suggest to use the thicker yarns so it won't take so long of your time to finish it. The thick yarns may cost a little bit expensive than the one I used but the quality must be better. You can see how the thicker yarns look like in
UsefulDIY.com where the idea of making this DIY vase come from.
The process of making it is easy. We just need to wrap around the mineral bottle with the yarns. You can use any glue that stick nicely. Here I'm using my hot glue gun and glue stick. As the wrapping completed, you can add whatever decoration you love. I'm using rosettes decor as you can make it from ribbon you already have. You can search from Google on how to do the handmade rosette. I leave all the pictures I took while doing this DIY vase :)

| You maybe more creative than what I did. LOL. |
 |
| Sorry it doesn't look really cool though |
 |
| Now it can be used to decorate my empty bookshelves :) |

| That's all! |
It takes few hours to finish this and I'm so happy to see there's something colorful at this small part of my room in UTP :)
